Sony introduces LCD displays

Sony has released the 32-inch FWD-32LX1 and the 42-inch FWD-42LXI flat-panel LCD displays.
The displays offer 1366x768 resolution, a 16 ms response time for streaming video content, and Sony’s Block Noise Smoother, which minimizes noise in 480p sources such as DVD players and satellite receivers that process MPEG-2 signals, according to the company. Integrated EBS-N100 and EBS-N200 network boxes provide network status and control of the monitor, and troubleshoot multiple devices. Price: $4,000 (FWD-32LX1); $7,700 (FWD-42LX1). Availability: December (both models).
